20.23 - You can freeze them. Blanch (sp?) them and store in a freezer zippy bag. Then you have fresh garden beans through the winter or however long they last for you.
I was gifted a crate of green beans yesterday. I have no idea what to do with so many of them. Do you have any recipes or preservation recommendations?

Whenever I have a lot of veggies and can't eat them all, i freeze them. Easy to add it in crockpot cooking.
