Saved topic m1

I saved this for the mingle anyway there is a walking bridge between our twin cities. I've used it for better part of 15 years now.  I had noticed padlocks on the fence with people's names , which I had seen other cities do. Last year I added my kids and grandkids.  Well this week I went by and 3 were gone , then the next day the rest of mine were gone and now they have cleared all but a few they missed or had been added after.  Idk why was a nice thing to see , odd or typical?

It sounds like it was a nice tradition. Too bad they had to go and ruin it for everyone.

Maybe the locks became a tourist distraction for driving

Very true. Wonder if it was someone individually in the neighborhood or contacted the city having it removed as being an 'eye sore' or 'ruining the neighborhood.'

Ya idk I thought maybe I put my locks too close to an access area but didn't see how,  then when they all went down, i was disappointed
