Do cats have hiccups

My cat, she's a rescue from a neighbor is about 9 or 10 years old. Been watching her for about 20 minutes and she looks like she has the hiccups. Not like she's about to barf. We've had her for 3 years now and I've never noticed her going thru this. I did rub under her chin and throat a little, which she always allows me to do. She's not big on belly rubs - once in a great while.
