I didn’t receive my gift card money

So I bought an apple gift card for 5k coins. As usual I was expecting being able to spend it right away. However, not today! It says that my rewards are pending instead of sending the gift card to rewards category. Does anyone know what's up? Any help or contact would be appreciated! Thanks
