can anyone help me out with this error message? I've had it a few times and almost 99.9 percent of the time it blocks me from cashing out a gift card

Canada and it's showing the symbol on the top for the Canadian gift cards, so I feel like it should work, also I tried spamming my wifi didn't seem to work for me 🤷♂️
