I like crocheting better. Knitting seems too hard. I'm not that good at crocheting tho.

Crochet for me. Tried knitting a lot of years back and was an abject failure 😂

I've done both but not in a while. I've never hand issues with either knitting or crocheting. Maybe it has to do with hand placement as you might be turning your wrist slightly with each stitch in crocheting. It's faster than knitting but unless you're doing really big pieces, like bed spreads and couch throws, I think you might have more of an issue with fingers cramping more than wrist issues but thst would apply to both. Also depends on the type of stitch i guess.

Ive crocheted for years. I do the pencil hold however I don't have the string twisted around my fingers the way that's normal. It never felt natural so I just guide the string it takes longer though

They said that it may hurt your hands and wrists but it's worth it!

I have never experienced knit or crochet, but I have a friend that plans to do crochet!
